Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with booking new services.

• Handling Meetings & Good at convincing.

• Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a timely & professional manner.

• Providing clients with the necessary information on our products/services.

• Prompt in follow-ups.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Handling inquiries received from different media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Website etc.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent phone etiquette & active listening abilities.

• Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in a CRM

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proven experience in a clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a skincare or dermatology setting.
