FEMALE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Cleaning Services

We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, appointments, staff coordination, and customer feedback for our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and explain our cleaning services.

• Fix and confirm deep cleaning appointments with customers.

• Collect and maintain customer details such as name, location, service, date, and time.

• Coordinate with cleaning staff and vendors regarding daily appointments.

• Follow up with the staff and confirm whether they have reached the customer's location on time.

• Keep customers updated in case of any delay or schedule changes.

• Follow up with customers after service completion and take service feedback.

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints politely.

• Maintain daily booking and service records in Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English.

• Basic computer, WhatsApp and Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good attitude and a positive approach towards customers.

• Polite, confident and responsible personality.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Should be comfortable speaking with customers and cleaning staff over the phone.

• Previous customer support/calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in the cleaning industry is not mandatory. Training will be provided.
