Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process – Sales / Inbound / Outbound / Domestic)
Job Location: Rasoolpura, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Telangana

Interview Timings:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Timings (Rotational Shifts):
First Shift: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Second Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience, and interview performance)
Experience:
Fresher / 0–1 year (All Graduates can apply)
Skills Required:
Good communication in English & Kannada
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Job Responsibilities:•
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services
Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Work in a sales and service-oriented environment
