About the Role

We are hiring a motivated and empathetic Customer Success Associate who is fluent in Hindi. The role involves supporting customers in the sensitive domain of male reproductive healthcare, ensuring seamless communication, guidance, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and order support

• Provide clear product and service information

• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain updated and accurate records in Zoho CRM

• Adhere to strict confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

• Male candidates only

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

• Graduation preferred

• 0–3 years of experience (Telecalling experience is a plus)

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills

• Must be able to work from office (Lalbagh, Bengaluru)

• Professional, empathetic, and confidentiality-driven approach

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

• Performance Incentives:

  • Average: ₹8,000

  • Top performers: up to ₹20,000
