Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Document customer interactions and keep records of actions taken.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt solutions.
