Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, orders, returns, exchanges, and providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining the premium service standards

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and other customer support channels.

• Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

• Track customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Manage return, exchange, refund, and replacement requests as per company policies.

• Follow up on delayed, failed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

• Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the concerned team or manager.

• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams to improve products and processes.

• Assist in collecting and monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction levels.

• Maintain a professional and positive tone while communicating with customers.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
