Hiring: Chat Customer Support Representative (Telecom Process)

Location: [Jaipur]

Role: Chat CSR

CTC: Up to ₹29,000

Handle customer queries via chat support

Assist customers with billing, subscriptions, and basic troubleshooting

Provide quick and accurate resolutions

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

Good written communication skills

Basic understanding of telecom services

Sales/upselling experience will be an added advantage

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

Eligibility:

Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company criteria)

Freshers & experienced both can apply

Shift: Rotational shifts (24x7 environment)
