Job Description – HSBC
Position: Customer Service Executive – Credit Cards
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹4.80 LPA CTC
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to HSBC credit cards.
- Assist customers with credit card queries, billing, payments, transactions, charges, and other service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about credit card features, schemes, offers, and product benefits.
- Perform partial cross-selling of credit card products and promotional offers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem resolution.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Versant score of 6 is mandatory before the client interview.
- CIBIL score and previous loan repayment history will be checked.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Day shift with rotational timings.
- Any 9-hour shift plus a 1-hour break.
- Shift window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Two rotational weekly offs.
Transportation
- Centralized pickup and drop facilities from Thane railway station.
