Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international Chat & Email process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining a good customer experience.

Eligibility:

- HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate

- Freshers can apply

- Good English communication skills

- Good typing skills

- Comfortable working in international/rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat and email
