Shift:
• UK Shift / US Shift (Candidates must be flexible)
Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
• Provide prompt and professional customer support
• Resolve customer queries and maintain service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication skills in English
