Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Walmart process. The role involves handling international voice interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks

• Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice BPO process

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (based on experience and performance)

• Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Shifts & Working Days

• 5.5 days working with rotational shifts and weekly offs

• Should be flexible to work in night shifts

Cab Facility

• For Male employees: ₹180 per night shift (as per number of night shifts)

• For Female employees: One-side cab facility during odd hours

Selection Process

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must clear Versant Test (C1 – US Voice Level)

• Immediate joiners preferred

• International Inbond Calling experience is must with fluent english.
