Monthly Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide professional customer support over calls.

Make outbound calls to customers and explain relevant products or services.

Promote banking or healthcare-related products and services as per the assigned process.

Achieve customer service quality standards and sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.

Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience may apply.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Customer-focused attitude and basic problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work rotational shifts and six days a week.

Comfortable with voice-based customer service and telesales.
