We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Cleanat Technology based in Delhi, located at Dwarka Mor. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to customer care. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
