•📋 JOB DESCRIPTION:•

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers and solve queries

2. Provide information about products, services, offers & payment issues

3. Maintain customer satisfaction and build good relationship with customers

4. Update customer details and call remarks properly in CRM

5. Follow company process, script, and quality guidelines

•🎓 ELIGIBILITY:•

✔ Education: 12th Pass / HSC / Graduate

✔ Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

✔ 6 Months Call Center / BPO Experience Preferred

✔ Good Communication in Hindi + English + Marathi

✔ Basic Computer Knowledge

•💰 SALARY:•

💵 Fresher: ₹14,000 In-hand

💵 Experienced (6M+): ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 In-hand + Incentives
