The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a basic understanding of Hindu rituals and online service coordination.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers in booking pooja services, selecting packages, and resolving issues.
Guide users through website navigation and payment processes.
Coordinate with pandits/priests and backend teams to ensure smooth execution of pooja services.
Handle order confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Maintain customer records and update systems accurately.
Provide information about different types of poojas, rituals, and their significance.
Address customer complaints with patience and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
