Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both can apply)
Job Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, or chats

• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers

• Resolve customer complaints in a polite, professional, and timely manner

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)

• Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

• Willingness to learn and adapt (training will be provided for freshers)

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in customer support / BPO / call center is an advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Immediate joiners preferred
