We are looking for a customer care executive to join our team BPO Convergence . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer calls professionally

· Maintain proper call records and follow company guidelines
