Job Overview
BookingMate Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers and ensure smooth communication between our platform and users. The candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist customers with booking-related issues and support requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Provide clear information about services, policies, and booking processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
