Customer Service / Customer Support Internship (6 Months)

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service/Customer Support Intern to join our team at BEOM Commerce for a duration of 6 months. The selected intern will play a key role in enhancing customer experience by handling customer calls, managing queries, and ensuring timely assistance across multiple channels.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Call customers for order confirmation and post-delivery feedback.

2. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.

3. Handle WhatsApp queries professionally and with quick turnaround.

4. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

5. Maintain and update customer records in MS Excel.

6. Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English to address customer needs.

7. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• English Proficiency (Spoken)

• Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

• MS Excel

• MS Office

Other Requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

3. Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

4. Female candidates only (This internship is open for women).

5. Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
