Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information related to health, nutrition, and general medical queries.

• Understand and respond appropriately to callers' health-related concerns.

• Record and update call details in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with callers.

• Maintain empathy, patience, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Follow all project guidelines and processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Empathy and patience while handling health-related queries.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Educational Qualification

Graduate degree in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Paramedical fields, such as:

• B.Sc. Nursing

• B.Sc. Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology

• B.Sc. Dietetics / Nutrition

• B.Pharm

• BPT (Physiotherapy)

• BHMS

• BAMS

• Other relevant healthcare or paramedical qualifications

Experience

• Experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers preferred.

• Freshers with relevant qualifications and good communication skills can also apply.
