We are looking for an experienced and responsible CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and support the daily operations of our Service Center.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a service center and should understand customer handling, service coordination, technician allocation, follow-ups, and overall service center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain proper communication with customers regarding their service requirements and job status.
Understand the customer's issue and assign or forward the job to the appropriate technician based on the nature of the problem and the technician's skills and capability.
Coordinate between customers, technicians, and the service center management team.
Schedule and manage service appointments and technician visits.
Follow up with customers and technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Monitor pending, ongoing, and completed service jobs.
Maintain accurate customer records, service records, job cards, and follow-up details in the CRM or service management system.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure timely resolution.
Support the management team with daily service center operations and reporting.
Assist in managing workload distribution among technicians.
Ensure smooth coordination and communication across all service center activities.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to the smooth functioning of the service center.
We are particularly looking for someone who has already worked in a service center environment and understands how service jobs are received, assigned, tracked, followed up, and completed. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with technicians based on their individual skills and capabilities and should be able to support the overall management and smooth operation of the service center.
