About the Role:

Synergy System is hiring a CRM Executive to manage and handle CRM operations for Luminous Power Technologies. The role involves coordinating with customers, managing service requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complete CRM operations for Luminous products and services
• Managing customer complaints, service requests, and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM software
• Coordinating with technical/service teams for timely resolution
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely update
• Preparing daily and monthly service reports
• Managing calls, emails, and service schedules efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably Female Candidate
• Experience in Service Industry
• Prior CRM handling experience is mandatory
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle pressure and coordinate with multiple departments

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
