We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Aswini Homeo and Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. This role involves handling calls regarding the address verification for the order placed by the customers, providing customer support and address the queries and concerns relating to the orders. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers regarding the verification of address for the online orders placed by customers.
Manage customer queries and complaints
Maintain records in Google Sheets
Handle cancellations and tracking of orders.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to 6 days working week during the Day shift.
