Urgent Hiring – Customer Care Support Executive (Multi-Language)
Company: DP4U Services Private Limited
Location: Greater Noida
We are urgently looking for Customer Care Support Executives who can communicate in regional languages to handle customer queries and support operations.
Required Languages:
Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Marathi / Kannada / Odia
Job Role: Customer Care Support Executive
Process: Inbound & Outbound Calls
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries related to recharge, bill payments and service issues.
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customers through calls and chat support.
• Make outbound calls for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper communication and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer complaints and escalate when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in at least one of the required regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi or English communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer support / call center will be preferred (Freshers can also apply).
