Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Ranchi location. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints and service-related queries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers whenever required.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

• Maintain call quality and customer-service standards.

• Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

• Follow company policies and communication guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates are welcome.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic Hindi and English communication preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in the assigned shift.
