Customer Support Executive – Airtel Black

About the Role

You will answer incoming calls from Airtel Black customers. You will listen to their problems, fix them quickly, and make sure they leave the call happy.

What You Will Do

Answer inbound calls and help customers politely.

Find out what the problem is and solve it.

Keep clear notes on every call and how it was fixed.

Follow the quality and process rules set by the team.

Work with other teams when a problem needs more help.

What We Need From You

You can speak well in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

You are good at solving problems and talking to people.

You care about helping customers.

You are okay with rotational shifts.

Who Can Apply

Graduation is a must.

Languages: English, Tamil, and Hindi.
