Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle client queries and provide support related to trading accounts and financial services. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve client queries and complaints promptly
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Maintain records of customer interactions
Escalate issues when required

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
English mandatory
Additional languages required: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
