📌 Job Responsibilities

1. Voice Process – Inbound Calling

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

- Assist customers with queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, cancellations, payments, etc.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.

- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

2. Email Process

- Respond to customer queries through email.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Maintain professional email etiquette and accuracy.

- Ensure timely responses as per process guidelines.

- Document and update customer information when required.

3. Chat Process

- Handle customer queries through live chat.

- Provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions.

- Maintain proper chat etiquette and customer satisfaction.

- Handle order-related concerns, refunds, cancellations, delivery issues, and other queries.

- Follow defined quality and productivity standards.

4. Black Process

- Handle customer queries for Swiggy Black customers.

- Provide premium customer support through the assigned communication channel.

- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and other services.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer experience.

- Follow process-specific quality, productivity, and service standards.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.

- Customer-service-oriented attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable.

- Ability to handle customers professionally.
