Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in ERP/CRM systems.
Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department for timely closure.
Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
A customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
