Build strong relationships with customers by communicating fluently in Gujarati.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM software.
Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for improvement.
Conduct follow-up calls, feedback calls, and engagement calls to strengthen customer retention.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues.
Analyze customer data and prepare reports such as Satisfaction Reports, Feedback Trends, and Closure Reports.
Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities and support the sales team.
Manage customer onboarding and guide customers about company services.
Fluency in Gujarati language (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM software / ERP systems (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
Patience, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach
