We are seeking a motivated and student-oriented Counsellor to guide students in their academic and career decisions, especially for study abroad programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counselling to students regarding courses, universities, and career options
Guide students through the admission and application process
Assist with documentation and visa procedures
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with universities and internal teams
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good counselling and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of study abroad and visa processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under targets
