We are looking for a dynamic and confident counselor to join our team.

Position: Counsellor
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to salary
Working Hours: 8-hour shift

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide prospective clients/students.

• Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.

• Maintain client records and provide regular updates.

• Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
