Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Counselor for our Lucknow (Gomti Nagar) office. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills to handle client queries, guide customers, and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer/student/client inquiries professionally

Provide proper guidance and counseling

Follow up with leads and maintain records

Coordinate with the team for smooth operations

Build trust and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Counseling or telecalling experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and professional behavior

Ability to handle clients confidently

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
