Documentation & Processing: Reviewing and preparing necessary documents, including visa applications, financial records, and forms, to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated with changing immigration laws, embassy policies, and visa procedures.
Coordination & Support: Managing end-to-end communication with clients, universities, and consulates; handling biometrics and medical appointment booking.
Sales & Service: Turning inquiries into business, meeting monthly targets, and providing high-quality customer service.
