we are looking for a motivated and customer focus loan executive to handle loan enquiry assist customers throughout the loan application process the candidate will be responsible for explaining suitable loan products collecting required documents and coordinating with internal terms for kindly processing.
Also assist customers in completing loan application and documentation.
collect and verify required customer documents follow with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
ensure proper communication and positive customer experience.
follow company policies procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
required good communication and interpersonal skills, strong convincing in negotiation abilities, customer handling in relationship management skills, basic knowledge of computer.
