Job Opening: Tele Collection Executive (Marathi & Kannada)

Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon

Experience: 1+ years in Tele Collection

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Collection Bucket:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telephonic collections for assigned loan portfolios.

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.

• Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships.

• Achieve collection targets and maintain productivity metrics.

• Update collection status accurately in the system and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collections.

• Fluency in Marathi or Kannada (as per the role).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in secured and/or unsecured loan collections will be preferred.
