Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits.

• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.

• Reduce overdue accounts and improve cash flow.

• Resolve payment disputes and collaborate with sales & operations teams.

• Prepare reports on receivables, aging, and bad debts.

• Ensure compliance with credit policies and legal requirements.
