We are looking for a COLLECTION MANAGER to join our team ASHPA GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD. The Collection Manager (Recovery Manager) is responsible for overseeing the recovery of outstanding debts, managing collection teams, and ensuring timely and effective collection processes. This role focuses on minimizing financial risk while maintaining positive customer relationships and complying with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective debt collection and recovery strategies

Monitor and manage overdue accounts and delinquency levels

Lead, train, and supervise the collections team

Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments and defaults

Negotiate repayment plans with customers

Coordinate with legal teams for escalated recovery cases

Analyze collection data and prepare performance reports

Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies

Improve collection efficiency and reduce bad debt losses

Handle high-value or sensitive recovery cases directly
