Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment recovery
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
Negotiate with customers for payment settlements
Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues
Maintain records of calls, payments, and commitments
Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in Recovery / Collections
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle targets and pressure
Basic computer knowledge
