Contact customers with overdue loan, credit card, or other banking accounts through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Remind customers about pending payments and due dates.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options within approved guidelines.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances and payment processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payment statuses in the collection system.
Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize collection activities based on aging and risk categories.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts as per company procedures.
Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
