We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Process candidate to join our team in Mumbai. As a Collection Process specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of unpaid debts from our clients.The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to remind them about their outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans

• Follow up on missed payments and resolve any issues related to payments

• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment details

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve payment outcomes

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information with strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
