Monitor daily performance, maintain productivity, and provide guidance to team members.
Handle secured debt accounts and ensure timely follow-ups to reduce delinquency.
Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory norms (RBI/Company policy).
Review MIS reports, analyze portfolio performance, and implement improvement strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and escalate high-risk cases when necessary.
Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
