Sanidhya Enterprises is looking for a Tele Caller Collection Executive to manage customer calls, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide professional customer service related to debt collection and recovery. The role involves handling debtor communication, negotiating repayment follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely recovery while staying courteous and compliant. Debt collection roles commonly include contacting customers about overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, documenting communication, and resolving payment-related issues while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

• Follow up on payment commitments and collection targets.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain accurate call and payment records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and recovery progress.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of collections or recovery process.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

• Strong record-keeping and follow-up discipline.

• Customer service mindset.

Ideal Candidate

• Should be comfortable making regular calls.

• Prior experience in collections, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage.
