We are currently hiring for the position of Collection Executive (Office-Based Tele-Collection).

Job Details:

• Role: Collection Executive

• Languages Required: Kannada, Hindi & Basic English

• Experience: Fresher to 6 Months / 1–2 Years

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days Working

• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

• Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Recover overdue payments from customers

• Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans

• Maintain accurate records of payments and follow-ups

• Follow up on pending dues regularly

• Achieve assigned collection targets
