Resolve Associate is hiring an experienced Team Leader (TL) for the Collection Process. Candidate should have strong leadership skills and team handling experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead collection team

- Achieve daily and monthly targets

- Monitor team performance and productivity

- Handle escalations and customer issues

- Maintain reports and team discipline

- Motivate team members for better performance
