Designation: Tele Caller

Process: Loan Recovery

Location: Nawada

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000

Job Type: Full Time

Target: No Target Based Job

Job Responsibilities:

Customers ko call karke pending loan payments ke regarding follow-up karna

Customers ke saath professional communication maintain karna

Payment related information aur updates system me maintain karna

Team aur management ke saath coordination me kaam karna

Customers ko repayment process aur dues ke baare me guide karna

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Hindi speaking mandatory

Experience preferred, Fresher can also apply

Positive attitude and confidence
