The Collections & Recovery Executive is responsible for following up with customers for overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relationships and compliance with company policies.
Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or field visits to collect overdue payments
Explain outstanding amounts, late fees, and payment options clearly to customers
Negotiate payment plans or settlements as per company policy
Ensure timely follow-ups and regular reminders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
Update collection status in CRM/system regularly
Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to seniors when required
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company ethics
Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams when necessary
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 6m–1 years in collections/recovery/tele-calling (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (English + local language)
Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
