We are hiring for the position of Collection Executive (Tele-Collection – Office Work).

Role: Collection Executive

Languages Required: Kannada, Hindi, Basic English

Experience: Fresher to 6 months–2 years

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday- one week off (Sunday working day)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Recover overdue payments from customers

• Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment plans

• Maintain accurate records of debtors and payment history

• Follow up on outstanding dues

• Achieve assigned collection targets
