We are hiring a Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or messages to collect outstanding payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Achieve monthly collection targets while providing professional customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate or 12th pass (as per company requirements).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
