Make outbound calls to customers for pending payments

Follow up on EMI, loan, or credit card dues

Convince customers to make timely payments through effective communication

Maintain a professional and polite approach while handling customers

Update daily call reports and collection status in the system

Maintain accurate customer records and data

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
Must know Telugu language
